Your Questions About Motorcycle Insurance Quotes
I’m 18 years old and without taking all the time to go through and get a quote I was wondering what a ballpark guess would be for the amount it would cost for a year’s worth of motorcycle insurance. The bike it would be for would be the Kawasaki Ninja 250R. It’s a pretty small and compact sport bike with no too much power to spike my coverage prices I’m just concerned with my age the price will be relatively high. If anyone knows what state farm or geico is charging 18 year olds for low end start up sport bikes per year that would be great.
Not going to the trouble of getting quotes is going to cost you. You don’t give nearly enough information for anyone to take a guess.
That being said – State Farm can be very competitive since they don’t look at it as a sport bike. Their quote is based mostly on the cc size, age of rider, and year of bike, then of course the coverage limits. But, a 250 scooter is the same price as a 250 sport bike (if they are the same year, age rider, etc).
You really need to call around and get quotes.
Motorcycle Insurance Help!!!!?
I am looking to purchase a new motorcycle and I got insurance quotes today from progressive, geico, esurance, nationwide and they gave me different quotes from $800-$2000 per yr. The bike I am buying is $4300 brand new. I can get insurance without collision for $200 per yr but I have to have collision to in order to get a loan. What are my other options. Is there anything else that I can do?
You can find the cheapest insurance at websites like http://www.COMPAREusINSURANCE.com . . . Hope this helps
